Do you write on Qurans?
We do not write directly on the Qurans. We personalize the gift box the Qurans come in.

It is a gift. Can you send directly to the recipient?
Yes we can. You have the option of putting a shipping address and a different billing address at checkout.

Do you include invoices/ prices?
We do not include any invoices or prices when we send out your items.

Which countries do you ship to?
Due to the COVID-19 situation we are only shipping within the UK at this time.

I’ve placed an order how long will it take?
Personalised orders can take up to 2 weeks to make, plus shipping time.

Non-personalised items are usually shipped out within 48 hours.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in the dispatched email. Orders with a value of less than £9.99 do not have a tracking number.

The tracking is not working.
We use Royal Mail signed for services as our main delivery service. At present the Royal Mail tracking service states: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item.
