All our orders are handmade to our customers specific needs. Therefore, we regret to inform we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items containing food goods, health, beauty or grooming products or any downloadable products.
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. Please include your order number.
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we will be unable to offer any returns, refunds or exchange.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
For all other items, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We make every effort to show the colours on screen as close as possible to the products you will receive. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com Please include your order number.
Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
